    OSHA doesn’t matter in “right to work states.”

    @Rockngolfer

    You’re wrong. If what you say is true, then why is every state listed on OSHA’s website?

    rightisright said;“osha is busy regulating-silica—that’s sand to you and me—as a toxic material. idiots all.”The firefighters who died from lung disease in the Twin Towers suffered from something similar to what causes emphysema in hard rock miners, from powdered rock or silicosis. So you need to take some deep breaths of hard rock dust, then get back to us about who really is intellectually challenged.

    Does Davies think that no one dies on ladders? What a chump. The recent stories of children killed in grain storage bins — 40 or more a year — because no one gets fined for violating safety rules should be a wake-up call for idiots who don’t think OSHA is worth having.

    @ARodney

    I suspect he understands that OSHA isn’t regulating more serious hazards. Likely there are too many hazards to regulate, and many industries have pocketed senators who keep OSHA from doing osha’s job!
