Even Bush and McCain said drilling won’t help produce more oil or bring down the price of oil (since we’re at peak production already) - it will only give us the impression that it’s helping. The only alternative is to break the rule of big oil and the auto interests on our politicians and develop clean fuel. Seriously man, do some research before you speak.

Sorry brainless, but I don’t support Obama either (though he is better than McCain). And its not that I believe McCain and Bush now, it’s that they are finally telling the truth (check with all scientists, the facts on oil production, etc). See, unlike you I believe in facts, I don’t make my decisions and form opinion based on what I want to believe.
I suggest YOU do the research. Alternative energy sources have been available to us for years, but the oil and automotive industries have suppressed them, with the help of conservative politicians like you support. This is all factual and easily researched. So perhaps you need to check your facts.
