For those of you that might be interested…this Sunday page represents the first in a line that will be colored using the DC COMICS color palette from the 1970s-early 1980s. Back then the colorists only had about 64 colors to choose from. Former DC Comics Executive Editor Mike Carlin recently posted a digitized version of this to his Facebook page, so I thought it would be cool to color with a “limited palette”. I have to say that I really enjoyed it and look forward to using it in future Sunday pages (including next week). Hope you all found it equally satisfying.
