Reagan’s policies raised the economy of the world. It has been downhill after that.

The long term evidence suggests “razed” would be more accurate.

Europe other gifts, Two world wars, Political Correctness, Nanny State, Single payer health care, Gun Control, Tort system, Slavery, Global Warrming BS, (not all fully implemented…yet)……… Maybe isolationism would not be so bad.

Actually Reagen did help the global economy, shortly into his first term after a barrage of tax cuts he started to raise taxes at a record setting rate after realizing tax cuts weren’t helping economy. Alas due to the mechanics of re-election he was presented as the champion of lower taxes and the GOP followed that false image

Democrats have been dumping “European-style” everything upon us, they praise everything European, from their economics to their utter godlessness, and now that Europe is on the verge of collapse (it was inevitable, because there are more elderly than productive workers, because they’ve stopped giving birth, and because they’re being flooded by non-working immigrants), Democrats are blaming capitalism for it. You progressive/collectivists need to head over there and get them back on the European course, that they’ve apparently strayed from.

Worst transplant Europe gave us: Pilgrims. Their right-wing, anal-retentive, “holier than thou” hypocrite descendants, our worst “great idea”.
onguard said, about 1 year ago
^ Yes, they fell right in with the original transplants from Asia that used the ice bridge. Asians transplants were the first to destroy nature and bring wars, slavery to the Americas. The Pilgrims brought evil Religion with Standard and Disciplines how un-thoughtful.

“…Nanny State, …”
-———Doncha jus love it? Something bad happens to some individual, the response I hear so much is: “There ought to be a law.”
-——-If there were no laws including those governing business practices, Caveat Emptor would take on even greater meaning. Driving on the correct side of the road would no longer apply, stopping at stop signs or red lights would no longer be required. Survival of the MOST AGGRESSIVE would be the norm. Sounds horrible to me. But, that is what the tea party and right wingers seem to want.

Nice. You managed racism, xenophobia, eugenics, social Darwinism, and historical/political ignorance all in one short post. The GOP is hiring trolls like you.

Actually, I have and you don’t have a clue about what you are talking about. I suggest reading, “Guns, Germs, and Steel” for starters. And yes, I teach and you fail to learn.

@Eryx
Start with Syphilis, America Gift to Europe.

The origin of syphilis is actually still subject to debate. The effects of anthrax and especially smallpox’s introduction to the New World are not.

Yes, 30+ years of prosperity for the world is ‘razing’ to liberals.
