As always, every time a lazy cartoonist parodies something from Peanuts, it only serves as a reminder of how much better the original was.

^So true. I just finished Peanuts, ‘71-72. Why do we waste our time with the current fluff? I guess I’m just getting old…

I can almost hear Osama grumbling, “If I wanted some peanuts I’d phone up Jimmy Carter…”

thought it was the magic green jobs created by a card carrying communist. That was going to bring us all the jobs we need.
Guess I was wrong about that.

“Good grief, Mr. President, I think secure, confident, Americans create jobs. They are a rare species due to the climate of fear you are generating in our land with your indecision, crisis mongering, and constant cry for upheaval. How can I risk my blanket of personal security to start or expand a business under these conditions?”

Hey Scott said something funny, very good, please do more of it, as we learned from Lincoln – Humor helps get hard points accross.

Jobs about which I will lie about how many have been “saved” and/or “created” through my many mouth pieces, other wise known as CZARS.

I watched a documentry about Stalin and his Czar, and it appeared that he was genuenly attempting to help those people of Russia. He rose up against the onslaught and took back that Russian Government for those people.

Sad to say, like most people in history, the interesting ones are those start out to do good and end up doing evil.
Stalin and probably Mao did far more evil then Hitler because, up to a point, they thought it was alright to crush everyone they felt was against them because what they were doing was good so these people had to be crushed.
They felt they had to be hard, remember Stalin’s name wasn’t Stalin, he took the name Statlin because it is the Russian word for steel.
As the saying goes, absolute power corrupts, and I don’t know if to become an Absolute Dictator you have to be crazy or if becoming one makes you crazy (I think insane would be a better choice of words) but the sad fact is that when you’re insane and have absolute terrible, terrible things happened.
There are those that say Russia and China became better because of Stalin and Mao, but I do know that millions and millions of people died because of them, so there must have been a better way even if it took longer.
The thing that makes America great is that we have a Constitution that place power in the people: the flag is a symbol of America, but the Constitution is America and we need to do a better job of protecting it. Please get much more upset over some politican trashing or ignoring the Constitution then you do over someone burning the flag.

Maybe they believed that. Maybe so did he.
Charlie, you think Obama is the one generating a climate of fear? And crisis-mongering to boot? Really? Really really?
