    It could be worse. I grew up in the country, and the neighbors were dairy farmers who fertilized with liquid manure. My Labrador Retriever loved to roll in that when it was freshly spread.

    I never wash my dogs outside. They would take the chance to run for it if you let go while they’re full suds.
