   There used to be a dog in our neighborhood who would climb chain link fences. A little tree-climbing hound blood, maybe.

   Cute, but I have not seen a Dane with dexterity or desire to get on anything but a comfy lap, couch, or bed. Heck my Danes would not step over a small fence. Tried to get one to climb onto the big playground set that had steps like in a house, she wasn’t about to partake in the activities. At about 110lbs, she just wanted to be a lap dog.
