Nice thought on paper, but it would be nearly physically impossible to do with your arms folded.

He didn’t explain it very well, but look at how his arms are folded. If you fold your arms the same way, grasp one end of the cord and hold it while you twist yourself to grasp the other end, when you unknot yourself you’ll form a knot in the cord.

I’ll have to practice that one, my imaginary string just gets turned around. Maybe I should loop one end first.
