    Nice thought on paper, but it would be nearly physically impossible to do with your arms folded.

    my arms don’t bend that way either…..sounds good on paper………….

    He didn’t explain it very well, but look at how his arms are folded. If you fold your arms the same way, grasp one end of the cord and hold it while you twist yourself to grasp the other end, when you unknot yourself you’ll form a knot in the cord.

    I’ll have to practice that one, my imaginary string just gets turned around. Maybe I should loop one end first.

    All you have to do is cross your arms across your chest, then pick up the ends of the string and uncross your arms. I’ve done this many a time, not difficult at all.
