Actually they are indicators of psychopathy. Which isn’t mental illness. But it is just dangerous. You see psychopaths are like everyone else except they are missing something——the ability to feel empathy.

I would suggest he has a terrible home life that helped to shape him into the low brow bully he is today. Probably bullied at home himself.
