One summer I made friends with a cow who lived alone in a small field next to the cemetery, where I walked my doggie daily. The cow got so used to me , she would trot over to the fence to get her face petted , never tiring of it. She was like a big puppy , looking at me with intense eyes. when I continued on, she walked along side me , not taking her eyes off of me on his side of the fence until it ran out. She looked longingly after me when I turned to look back at her. Of course she was killed and eaten that fall.
People got to have their fu**ing steaks and hamburger
