So… Clare has a compassionate side after all.

It’ll last about ten minutes!

I guess Clare is one of those who rolls on emotion. That only lasts so long. I’d rather be around someone who uses their head. More stable, more “genuine”, more caring. As soon as this wears off, she’ll go back to her “churlish” self. The “feeling” will be gone.

Wow, that’s just adorable! Got me choked up a little that Claire actually has some compassion or emotion in her at all. :-)

Nice to see her out of her shell.

Isn’t it! She’s usually that churlish, selfish brat, but I love when that good side of her comes out. Rare, but it’s sweet :)

Yes you see the tension of the strip that generates many of the scenes is that her father runs that store and forces her to work there to improve her character. She is willful and fights against it most of the time. Irresistible force versus immovable object.

Very good! Sometime when doing good, you’re the one who feels helped!
