TJ “left” him the instructions? So is Quill operating the wagon by himself, manning both the counter and the grill? Where did TJ go? And when is this all happening – is it on a weekend? Aren’t these people supposed to be in school at this time of day, otherwise?

I’m wondering if this will be another failed venture by TJ? I cannot place any blame on Quill. He was led to believe that he would just be a server on that lunch wagon.

This is the same Quill who just on October 24 was telling us that he cooked his own meals, right?

And yet, if TJ himself were there, it would somehow work out to be delicious. The problem is duplication. TJ doesn’t know how to duplicate his successful techniques into other people. Only somebody who was ALREADY a master chef (like TJ himself) could make sense out of direction that vague.

This is the Saturday episode (11-16), so no school. TJ may have abandoned the ‘sinking ship’. Maybe TJ is tired of having his own business?

Yeah, but he probably wasn’t cooking this stuff…

Sounds like all he has to cook with is salt and oil – HOLD IT! That’s it! He’s using the motor oil for the truck. Perhaps he should try Pennzoil, maybe it tastes better than Valvoline or Castrol GTX

And, also, IIRC, Quill had specifically mentioned that it was going to be an after school gig… and the one strip where Mrs. Berger welcomed them with a plate of cookies, she asked how their day was, and that’s when TJs truck pulled up….

Also, I would surmise that it operates just on the weekdays, when they’d get the bulk of the crowds, for people going to work and school….

He probably has developed an immunity to his own poison, when he cooks…
