It’s like a chemical compound… or even an atomic property… one side has something, and so does the other… one side is lacking something, so is the other… but something holds the bond together, and when the two elements/chemicals mix, something is lost, gained and shared…. this is a human version of that…..

I don’t like this story arc.

what simpsonfan2 said. Its like Evans is doing what everyone else is doing – introducing a couple gay characters to prove he’s all hip with the LBGT community. Got a real “Brokeback Mountain” vibe going with this one (or these two as the case may be – I think he’s been setting up Gunther as gay for a couple years).

This is a very interesting arc — makes Quill seem more of a real person, not just a wise-cracking boyfriend.

I don’t think this is a gay arc. ‘Brother’ is not a romantic term.

You may be right, but I haven’t seen anything to indicate that Q and G are anymore than good friends. It does happen you know.

This is sweet! both boys are dear. I think it was brave of Quill to return for his senior year without parents.

¡Tal vez sea así, tal vez no!… (More on the maybe not side, than the maybe so…) (XD)

The dialogue is so wooden, it is bordering on self-parody. Did he copy the dialogue from Disney’s “Brother Bear”? It might work if they were both bears.
