Nice to see that the community-spirited Delta is back (And looking hot, I might add :P )

Yeah, let’s give the senior citizens another dust gatherer to stack on top of all the other dust catehers in their nursing home rooms.

unless, of course, you fill the baskets with useful items like: page size magnifiers, stamps, chocolate.

Delta has community spirit, but even she isn’t likely to think of what seniors might actually need and want.

Yep, that’s what I want to do with my vacation time, work…

Yeah, I thought of that too… but, at least she’s trying to do good.

@mercedes…sounds like Token has a lot more on the ball than pseudo critics such as yourself. Teenagers today don’t know how to dress classy or to be people-friendly. Seniors would probably love Delta for her considerate actions towards them. From what I’ve seen in the last few years, today’s teenagers love to wear clothes straight from the trash bin.

Some teens always wore trash; 50s, 60s, 70s…
I was casual, with a little “trash” thrown in. Knew kids who dressed well and wore it well.

My girls wore stuff from Goodwill, and they didn’t look like trash. They looked pretty good- even my little Goth. (Karma got her though- she has twin girls and she and her husband live in an explosion of pink frills.)

I have a confession to make though. I have never really liked Bernice, and the past couple of weeks have not helped any. She is consistently negative, she’s cynical, rude, unkind, even to someone’s face. And her attitude about Quill really stinks. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I remember the fling with the older guy in the wheelchair. If it’s anyone who should not be saying anything about the genuineness or appropriateness of a romantic relationship, it’s Bernice.

Cooking a meal, or helping with cleaning, or doing some odd maintenance or yardwork is much more helpful to seniors than stuff that will gather dust.

Wow, the students of the school are going to make ’gift baskets" for seniors on their spring break and in return the seniors have given these students $17 Trillion in national debt which these students can never hope to repay.

“Here’s your basket, Grandma, and my generation has no hope of ever paying off your debts. Thanks.”

Yeah, let’s not do anything nice or moral anymore. We’re a country of selfishness and self gain at others costs. Bernie is America and why we are headed for our own doom.
