Both. Nowadays, both parties work, and college education can be important. Note that I said “can be”. It’s not imperative because there’s lots of rewarding work that doesn’t require a college education. A high school education, however, is VERY important.

That is a PhD Luann is holding. With her performance in high school, she will be lucky to get an associates. In her case, she could be better off going the “get married, have a litter of kids” route. If she wants a good marriage, she needs to choose someone other than Quill.
