Because Luann’s school got so large that they had to break out the Sophomore class from the Juniors and Seniors while the new high school was being built and so now she goes from 11 – 6 and Frank simply gets home before she does?

Seriously, that was my Sophomore year. Hated it.

If that captain from the fire station was there in the second panel, he’d tell Frank, “I like the way your mouth forms an O when you say that…”

…. not to mention that Luann & her generation know about eighteen times more about computers & electronic gadgets than their parents do… ever see DeGroots the Elder with any kind of device more intricate than a pencil or coffee cup?? AS far as a ‘sex’ talk is concerned, they’re only three or four years too late.

Ummm, Mom and Dad, there’s a thing called antiviral programs; they self-update and protect against new viruses. Get with the 21st century; it’s only been twelve years!

Ah, Luann, Luann, Luann….the ups and downs of childhood friendships. You should be grateful Tiff tells you things that your other friends don’t. Like the good book says, ‘Faithful and True are the Wounds of a Friend’…
