   Whoa! Interesting development. I figured Ann would only hit on people she thinks she can manipulate (like a naive high school girl or an out-of-work firefighter whose willing to put up with anything for a paycheck). Apparently Ann’s into anything that moves.

   That really wouldn’t be the smart thing to do in Oregon for Ms. Eiffel to do after her prior actions:

   166.065 Harassment. (1) A person commits the crime of harassment if the person intentionally:(a) Harasses or annoys another person by:(A) Subjecting such other person to offensive physical contact; or(B) Publicly insulting such other person by abusive words or gestures in a manner intended and likely to provoke a violent response;
   etc. etc.

   (and no, I’m not a lawyer, so I must add that disclaimer… just had enough legal training as a former specialist in a non-related legal field to get into trouble…)

   The Common Law definition of Assault is, “A harmful or OFFENSIVE touching”. Seems Toni used self defence to save hersef from the criminal assault. Can WW stand the lawsuit? Continued in our next installmeny.

    You are correct, any unwanted touch is grounds for an assault charge. Toni has every legal right to grab Ann’s wrist and push her arm away!
