   Luann’s driving was just fine, except in Frank’s mind. The ‘other’ will be too…. if by 17 years the parents haven’t taught decent mores, standards & ethics, they ain’t going to do it by depriving a child from access to whatever they’re prepared to do, regardless. A 9:00 PM curfew prevents sex?? Haw haw haw!

   He’s being the typical overprotective father who doesn’t want his little girl to grow up and actually—horrors!—have a romantic relationship with a guy. He’s just like Tony Micelli on “Who’s the Boss?” who practically busted a vein every time Samantha wanted to do something on her own.

    Never is the right answer. I thought Luann had to worry about the way Nancy was looking at Quill yesterday, but it appears that Frank is the real threat.

    I could be wrong (which I have been already once or twice this millennium), but I believe Frank may be thinking about what he was possibly like or getting away with at that age. Some times we have a propensity to think of others in terms of how we are or were.
