   The Alliance is shaky. Margo is reluctant. Rufus, with soi-disant Twila, is a refusenik, and Lucius is being left to confront the Big Bad with only Biff and the hesitant Margo. This is not going well for the good guys at the moment. “Twila” has sown the seeds of dissent….

    There’s one way that Rufus and ‘Twila’ could get to the Mushpits while letting the others go ahead: the two leading lights that guided them to the spot where the battle between Goatsucker and the WBG took place, if they happened to return. ‘If’ being the operative word.
