Thank you Kory, we knew that you would not abandon the indomitable Biff Bombard!

Next question – where does Biff go to live? His parents don’t remember him. Rufus’ mother has a hard enough time on her own. Margo is off to be a Marine Biologist.

So, the racket didn’t need to be Aylosium, because Twila did a selfless deed to save her brother?

…can’t Biff go with Margo? Or, maybe the Mushpits will return from their vacation? Or the Watterstons, so thankful that they have Marvin back that they’ll open their home to one of his rescuers? Just hopefully not Dr P…

Love_LSoS, the racket did not need to be Aylosium, because Flimm was controlling Biff’s body as he did with Frost, but he had not managed to get full control of the cognitive portion of Biff’s mind, hense Biff trying to control his arm with the other arm.

It now appears that Flimm can not at all control someone who is naturally unconscious, vs. being in a sleep-like state, which may be needed down the line if the Periwethers are not what they currently seem. (BTW, there was some recent research w a bit of serendipity. The rodents were so calm w the researcher and so gently trained that they would sometimes fall into a relaxed sleep during some brain observations and it was found that during sleep the spaces between nerves were literally flushed which removed debris that could form plaques. Sleep may therefore be important for overall health of the brain, just as darkness is important for healthy levels of melatonin production and therefore for malignancy fighting and for some endocrine system interactions. Have to wonder if the state of the Taken allowed either. I know, I know, fictional characters, but I AM a nerd.). Oh, and does this mean that Biff had to try to force himself to stay awake all this time? After two or three days like that a person’s mind begins pulling all sorts of tricks.

If Biff does not come to I see three options: head injury, finally deeply sleeping naturally, and Flimm needing to be further attacked.

If the strands are the nearby part of Flimm mentioned by Dr. P then does the direction they took lead back to Flimm? Is getting underground still needed? If Biff awakes will he have suggestions? Will the Periwethers (and can they be trusted)? Will our heros just take a stab at it? Will Margo meet Heckbender?

Just think of me as the booming narrator’s voice between episodes of Rocky and Bullwinkle mixing real questions with off the wall ones…

Oh, and I am still wondering if KM’s choice of the name, Elijah, was VERY purposeful. Take a look not only at info about Elijah with the connection to End of Days, and the name meaning, then because of the name meaning also at the very early history and suppositions related to that about early Yahweh worship, at that point apparently seen in parts of the Middle East as a warrior god with whom a covenant was later supposedly formed by two kingdoms for him to become their only god worshipped in exchange for defense. (Said to be something done w different gods to different extents in parts of the Mediterranean then.) I am NOT a theologist nor an anthropologist, and therefore I am not speaking from knowledge but only from gathered trivia. IE, use a grain or boulder of salt. If Elijah really is Dr. P’s brother and always had that name then that could be all coincidence, but…
