    I’m surprised, too. Never seen Baba Yaga living in a candy house before.

    Mama Yaga! Okay, we’re making some progress. I say, take a chance, boys, and trust the old witch/taker. I think she is speaking the truth. In unity you will find strength! —And after you defeat Flimm (whoever he is) and get the rest of the taken children back, then, if the witch becomes a problem, you can deal with her from a defensible position….

    @Bailey

    The trophy for the boys was a bear of some kind the first time, and a Yip Yip the second time. Twila was a rattle. I wonder if there is a connection.

    It’s a mixup, Baba Yaga, the Pied Piper, the witch in the candy house, they’re all together now.

    My thoughts exactly—the Mushpits are the only guns that Chekhov—er, Merritt—hasn’t fired yet, far as I can see…

    And if this is Mama Yaga, then Baba Yaga must be 127 years old…
