   I had one of these. When the door opens, the fish bowl swings to the right. There’s another fish bowl, outside, at the other end of the pipe.
   This only works in mild temperatures.

    A fish wouldn’t need to go outside, but to be equitable, it must have a door, since the person & the dog have doors.

    He’s saying how silly our system is at times. We over compensate. But a few things overdone beats what we came from, with less equality & fair play.

    If the water pressure in the exterior reservoir is equal to that in the interior one, then there will be no loss of water.
