    I think you got it right because to me it appears to be low tide. At high tide the offshore bank would be covered by a [sea]shell company.

    I love Blazek, but someone else did this joke within the last few weeks. Maybe there needs to be a comics clearing house, where cartoonists can register their gags and have exclusive rights for a period of time. Sounds like a business opportunity to me. (Especially since nobody ever takes up my frequent offer of comics proof-reading.)
