Since the maps are “TO” Arizona, this must be in Mexico, or another state.. Now if they were maps “OF” Arizona, that would be a different thing.

Two more obama voters?¡Adelante!

I’ve said it so many times before: As long as there is a demand for illegal immigrant labor, there will be a supply. Focus on the companies hiring them and fine them heavily. When the demand for illegal immigrant labor drops off, so will the supply.

WTF??? (If this appears twice, it is due to an inordinate delay that makes it appear that the first try didn’t go through.)

One more fine mess brought to you by Barack H. Obama, who could not organize a two car parade.

Patently ridiculous, as usual.

If we get a functioning “green card” program going again, both countries would benefit, give them work, make them pay taxes and then let them take earnings home to boost THEIR economy as well. The jobs “taken” by migrant workers aren’t ABOUT to be taken by those unemployed Americans, with but few exceptions. Now about those Chinese and Vietnamese taking over engineering jobs in the U.S. at “cut rates” by big corporations?? Maybe THOSE jobs would be taken?

I’m with dtroutma. We need to get control of knowing who is here and start issuing green cards to them. Once we can control the border and track everyone who is allowed to visit and work in the United States, we can effectively deal with how many people we want coming in. I suspect that we will want to be very free with handing out those green cards as we see how our economy improves with additional labor.

I take it lisa is unaware of the fact Obama has increased border security and deportations. But you CONs never let facts get in the way of an argument.

I don’t want to insult you or anybody else, but please, stop stereotyping, fer crying out loud! the last thing any decent illegal border crosser from Mexico would want to do will be to vote in a system he or she knows nothing about and be exposed to deportation, C’mon you guy (Or girl) there is such thing as common sense and only someone so stupid as YOU would think people will attempt to do it, that is such an inane thought

@dtroutma
Thank you very very much, I agree t some degree to your post just for the logical reason, How come when there is a post to deride illegals crossing the border or some other way to enter the U S A, MOST TIMES ARE PICTURED AS MEXICANS! c’mon give someone a break! what if they are Chinese, Vietnamese, or any of the other other "esse’s what then?

You are aware that Obama counts people in prison who are illegally here being deported after they serve their time right? One wonders how many that is. Obama also counts those stopped at the border and sent back, something previous adminsitrations did not count. That is a huge number to be sure.
.
.
.CNN stated: The 396,906 figure is indeed a record — but not by much. A total of 392,862 people were deported in 2010 — a difference of little more than 1%, according to ICE. Almost 390,000 people were deported the year before that.
.
.
So, you change a couple of statistical meanings and suddenly your numbers increase. Deceptive no? But then HeavyB is unaware of all of that, because he doesn’t have “facts”, that hold, just talking points (which he redefines as “facts”). Try not to trip over the facts

You are aware that the U.S. census counts prisoners who are shipped from more densely populated states to sparsly-inhabited states as being “residents” of those states? Sure comes in handy when reapportioning legislative districts and Electoral votes, huh?

S/he won’t listen, so I just flag the comments that do that instead. It gets the point across much better.

It is not about jobs, as few self-respecting Americans would take those jobs at those wages as the Latin-Americans do.
.
It is about crime, fraud and general abuse of our welfare, education and health systems. The government and charitable organizations providing these types of services are literally overrun by the illegals, in the border states. Indeed, the situation is so bad that English is not even spoken in many of those places.
.
The Arizona law seems to be working. I just spent a week there, at different cities, and it felt a lot more devoid of the illegal Latinos than it is in LA, and I understand that the statistics confirm this, as schools and clinics have shown a marked reduction of illegals patronage – they all went to LA . . . .
