If it’s not good Obama news, it’s not news!

You know what? I don’t watch Fox News. I outright refuse to. Not because of anything political. I just hate being shouted at by rude people.

Oh, yes, Lisa – The Constitution says that free speech means you’re not allowed to criticize a media outlet and that you have to cooperate with them entirely in every way. Anyone who doesn’t like Fox is destroying the Constitution.

And I’m sure you feel the same way about moveon.org , right? Nobody should ever criticize them, either.

I’ll say it again: because every other teevee network BUT Fox is totally in the tank for Osama, and because more than 90% of both teevee and print journalists vote Demoncrat, Fox seems likes a total freak show to both the liberal media and the bulk of the American sheople (who are either chicks or chickified men who might as well BE chicks, since they think just like them; thankfully most of them are too lazy to vote still).

I’m happy Osama is too arrogant to appear on Fox. He’s showing every thinking person that he really IS just like Hugo Chavez…

PS I do believe in a doomsday scenario at the end of 2012. It’s when Osama is voted out of office but refuses to go, hurriedly using ACORN and every corrupt Demoncrat mayor to steal the election at the last moment–AFTER exit polls showed him losing by decisive margins…

You folks throwing darts at Fox news–Hannity, Beck, O’Reilly are not news shows. But that doesn’t seem to bother your upchuck remarks. They are not the biased “Dan Rathers” who are anchors on ABC, CBS and NBC.

Fox is News and Opinion but they make it clear which is which. CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, and ABC try to pass their opinions off as news. THAT’S the difference between the news outlets.

I reiterate a post from last week:
Does anyone recall the polls around the time of the Iraq war where a larger percentage of Fox viewers believed that Iraq was behind 9/11? Whereas all the better informed viewers were watching/listening to anything OTHER than Fox.

I think if Obama hired gay BDSM escorts to sit in the audience and ask questions that would help us become better informed.

And wtf is Lisa portraying Obama as having shot someone in the face?!!? I don’t recall her making a peep when Cheney ACTUALLY shot someone in the face!!

tjdestry got it exactly right. On the other hand, scottfreitas chooses to not even mention the President, because scott lives in some fantasy world where the networks favor an Al Qaeda terrorist.

I agree FOX “news” is not news, it is an arm of the GOP and why do they have to shout at you. The all sound like scottfrietas.

If we’d actually base our policy on what is spouted on Faux news and it’s own brand of parrots and sheep… I mean, dittoheads, we would have “solved” the illegal immigration problem by annexing Mexico, and the President would be committing 100,000 troops to combat the threat of the Public Option… I mean, Lennin-Stalinism at it’s root: in CANADA!

    “Obambi” “Faux News” “Demoncrat” “Osama”

Don’t you miss the days when people didn’t automatically resort to asinine name-calling the moment they met something they disagreed with?

Well, ok, so those days never actually happened. But don’t you wish they had?

  17. scottfreitas

So “news” is anything on a white house stationary. “Not news” is someone doing an independent look at what is going on, such as questioning the administration.
    Ok got it..

What ever happened to reporting the news story the way it happened. Any thing else is just spin no matter which channel it comes from.

zonk: The real news is boring and doesn’t sell, so no one wants in on that market. It also wouldn’t do for citizens to walk around and make informed decisions based on real issues come election time (bad for party loyalty).

We’re all much better off with themes like “Bush hates black people” and “Obama’s a closet muslim who wants to overthrow America”. See how that’s more fun to watch on TV?

Hmm, scooter’s a “twelver” too? I’ve noted the subtle language in CBS, NBC and some ABC reports that slant most Obama stories as critical of him. It isn’t done with the blatant hostility, and frankly, stupidity, of FOX. CNN does out-pol faux “news” programming, but frankly, who really cares?

Yep, zonker, I miss Cronkite and others who once felt the “news” was meant to inform, while their commentaries AFTER the news were admittedly opinion.

I can hardly wait for a real flying saucer to depart the planet with the FOX staff, giving them their first opportunity to relate real news.

The lefties on here remind me of when O’Reilly was on Letterman. Letterman was bashing O’Reilly’s show, so O’Reilly asked, “Do you ever watch my show” and Letterman admitted he didn’t!!! I have to give him points for honesty there, even though I think he’s a slimy perverted hypocrite. But it’s just funny how often times the left are busy bashing something that they really watch- they just hear their fellow libs bash something and jump on the bandwagon.

Also, when the media constantly bashes a Republican president, I’ve heard countless libs tell me the media is supposed to hold government accountable. But when their guy is in office and the media is talking about how that president sends tingles up their legs, etc., and act more like the liberal president’s cheerleaders, they don’t seem to have a problem, and in fact, they think that the one media outlet that actually tries to hold that president accountable is a big bad meany!

Here’s my wish for Fox: That it continue to professionalize its news programs; that it fact checks claims before it airs them on news programs; that it no longer uses a lead in to news stories with “some say;” that it stop using screaming partisans in place of people who can discuss an issue with knowledge from all sides of the political spectrum on its news programs; and that informing people comes before entertaining people on its news shows.

Know what my wish is for CNN? The very same thing.

zonkerpirate ..Like this , and all with ONE pristine bullet . President John F. Kennedy was assassinated as he traveled in an open top car in a motorcade in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963; Texas Governor John Connally was also injured. Within two hours, Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for the murder of a Dallas policeman, and that evening arraigned on a charge of murder in the death of officer J.D. Tippit.
    Walter Cronkite
“Here is a bulletin from CBS News…President Kennedy has been the victim of an assassin’s bullet in Dallas, Texas. It is not known as yet whether the President survived the attack against him.”

    The victors compose history .
