Go, Lio, go! You don’t have to take that overdone criticism, no matter how much your playing offends the ears!

Classic Loony Toons move. :D

5000 Fingers of Dr. T a’ la Lio. Nicely nicely.

So many critics don’t understand modern music.

He yelled so hard he lost a tooth in panel 3.
KingRat said, 2 months ago
as a music instructor you must be polite in your criticism say something like you give Jack Benny a run for his money. In Liõ’s case negative feedback could be used as in you’ll never be as good as Harpo Marx if you play like that.

I’m sure the teacher would like Lio to play a solo…solo no one can hear it. Or maybe play tenor…tenor twenty miles away. (ba-da-bump) Thanks folks, I’ll be here all week. Tip your waitresses.

Now, Now, Lio, violins never solved anything….
Simon_Jester said, 2 months ago
Jeez, you’d think he’d NEVER heard, ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ played on a violin before.

How come Lio is bowing with his right hand but shooting the bow with his left?

Lio is still frustrated by his rejection yesterday, not a good day to tick him off.

Nice move, Lio! I wish I thought of that with my cello bow to my high school music teacher. She was a bitch!

Haven’t we established Lio is a southpaw? Sometimes it’s less stressful to “do it your way.”
(I know it gives me an excuse for being such a bad guitar player!)

Comic characters, traditionally, are not “righties” or “lefties”…they use the hand that best fits the situation or illustration. That’s the great thing about comics…they are not restrained by the normal stuff we are…although readers will always try to project their own physical shortcomings on their favorite comic characters. But comic characters aren’t real people…they just play them in their strips.
Just plain Steve said, 2 months ago
“Physical shortcomings?” Them’s fightin’ words Mark! :O)
