   Did Johnny not take the order?! –What kind of pizzeria does he run? Brains are (or used to be, before the “mad cow” scare) a legit ingredient in many Italian dishes (‘course, not human brains)!

    The trick with anchovies, guys (&gals!), is to chop them up and distribute them around with the other toppings. Chomping along and suddenly getting a whole little salty fish is, to many, a bit too much! Sometimes we can get them on the side, and we can do that for ourselves…
