My cat Boots did tear a scratching post apart.
It took him a few months of dragging it around the house and wrestling with it.
Good thing he’s fixed, the kittens he could have made with Sybil…………..

Wow Lio! Where do you buy it? ;)
Cybil is so nice cat, the perfect lunatic pet for Lio.

Those are good quality gloves…they even come with straps to keep them from coming off when you’re tearing though objects! Funny thing for me is my cat didn’t start using his scratching post until AFTER I had him declawed.

You didn’t read the box, Lio; that’s the “Good Kitty” scratching post. It won’t stand a chance.

Good-Bye Scratching Post!
Furienna said, 4 months ago
My cats don’t have a post, but just a board hanging on a wall. But one of them scare the other two away from it, so they never use it. So we have to make sure, that they don’t tear up the couch.

Now that is a cat that is serious about scratching.
OpenWings said, 4 months ago
That little kitty is scary enough without the gloves - check out those psychotic fully dilated eyes! Hmm, methinks Lio is standing maybe not quite far enough away from that there scratching post.
cruncher3 said, 4 months ago
don’t wan’t to get that cat angry

Cybil, the perfect cat for just about anybody.
She’s smart, furry, and has a devious mind of her own.
Isn’t that Great?

It’s just matter of selecting the right tool to do a proper job. That thing should be shredded in no time.
