   It never occurred to me until just now…Mary Poppins MIGHT have been a Time-lord!
   Her carpetbag was a TARDIS, bigger on the inside then the outside, she had a unique form of transport, not as flashy as Jon Pertwee’s Whomobile, but the umbrella was still neat, she had strange powers, had a Companion, Bert the chimney-sweep, liked helping people…although we never did see her take on a flock of Daleks…hummm…
