She is in today’s Out of the Gene Pool Re-Runs.
What way to ruin a good comic.
Throw her/it back in the comic trash barrel!

Hooters is passé. Try Twin Peaks.
And Cathy would say "Hooters? AACK! "

Stupid story editors.
Hey Frank, if she’s not going for Hooters try the Tilted Kilt.

Cho used to frequently make fun of other strips, with “Cathy”, “Peanuts”, and “Family Circus” being common targets.
[]
However, this backfired when he tried to make fun of “B.C.”. The syndicate was so afraid that Johnny Hart would be offended by Cho’s proposed parody (a spoof of the strip’s mid-1990s religious U-turn that would have involved one of the characters baptizing Ralph during a “stages of stardom” arc) that they threatened to mail out a blank piece of paper instead of the strip if Cho didn’t change it.
[]
Given that “receiving a blank sheet of paper instead of a strip” would have likely caused many a paper to drop Liberty Meadows, Cho had no choice but to alter the strip because to do otherwise would mean a major hit in his wallet (he’s got a family).
[]
From what I recall reading, this was the last straw between him and his editor and was ultimately responsible for his decision to end Liberty Meadows as a syndicated comic strip.

for the above mentioned strip, follow this link:

though if you think you’ll be offended, don’t, though there isn’t anything really offensive about it really.
