Pairing vintage comic art with hilarious, new dialog by Disney veteran writer John Lustig, Last Kiss revels in the absurdities of love, lust and 'life with lip.' The series originated when Lustig bought the publishing rights to a romance comic book series from the 50's and 60's, and started rewriting the stories for fun. Since then, the re-dialogued comics have been a popular feature in newspapers, magazines, comic books and greeting cards. Today Last Kiss is gaining popularity and is also available on email cards from Jib Jab and greeting cards from NobleWorks. Check www.lastkissinc.com for the latest news and product launches.

Such sheer gall is more like it. But I had fun.

You’d think there’d be nothing to see here in regard to the original art. But you’d be wrong.
I’ve included an extra panel from the original comic so that you can see how these roses were used as the lead-in for a crucial scene in the story.
Here’s the link.

Fun to write. I’m willing to enact, though…for the right price.

Way different.; like accordion music with a rock band, it’s good for one or two songs. I hope tomorrow we’ll be back to seeing the hot chicks.

This reminds me of an old Mad magazine VALENTINE’S card.
Roses are read
Violets are black.
You’d look better
With a knife in your back.

That’s all the verse I’ve got in me right now. But I do enjoy coming up with a bit of rhyme—-sometimes deliberately hokey verse—-from time to time. I’ve even snuck a bit of rhyme into my comics for Disney every few years.
