   One of my favorite cartoons is of a man and woman, the man says “can I just admit you’re right and get it over with?” The woman replies “what’s the fun in that?”

    Y’know, this is where I start feeling like I belong to a third gender. I’m a woman by every other metric, but the “admit I’m right and apologize no matter what” bit is not in my makeup. I can admit when I’m wrong. Why some women can’t is a mystery to me.

    BlueRaven, it’s a mystery to me too. But now I’m wondering: Would this comic work if it was the man who was saying the line?

    I think so. The women usually get the interesting lines in my comics, but there are plenty of guys in the real world who have trouble admitting they’re wrong. Of course, many of ‘em are politicians…
