Pairing vintage comic art with hilarious, new dialog by Disney veteran writer John Lustig, Last Kiss revels in the absurdities of love, lust and 'life with lip.' The series originated when Lustig bought the publishing rights to a romance comic book series from the 50's and 60's, and started rewriting the stories for fun. Since then, the re-dialogued comics have been a popular feature in newspapers, magazines, comic books and greeting cards. Today Last Kiss is gaining popularity and is also available on email cards from Jib Jab and greeting cards from NobleWorks. Check www.lastkissinc.com for the latest news and product launches.

Yo, Sparky the Bright Boy, that ringing sound you hear, is the Clue Phone.
Pick it up, line 1 is for you.

Confession Time: I created this comic at my daughter’s and not-so-future son-in-law’s request. They used the comic for their wedding invitations. (Which went out really late so the cartoon was even more appropriate.) Caitie Lustig and Chris Gunderson are tying the knot Thursday, July 2, 2009–which is the sixth anniversary of when they met!

Thanks, everybody. I felt a little funny about going all personal with the wedding, but when you’ve got great news, it’s feels good to share. And yes, Cleo, the wedding is here in Washington state (Gig Harbor actually) and the weather should be super.

Congrats to you, John, and to the happy couple as well! My 22nd is on July 13th. And oh, WA is such a beautiful state. Gig Harbor will make it extra-special.
