   Let’s hope that Francis’ focus on income inequality brings more attention to the cruel and anti-poor policies in place not only in Argentina but in our own Republican party.

   Bergoglio is the Holy Father of Catholics who choose to pay attention to Papal authority. That would be a minority of American Catholics.
   
   In the meantime we can question a man who boldly stood up to the Argentine government when they made same sex marriage legal, but was publicly silent when the Argentine government was murdering people.
   
   I also wonder where Bergoglio was when Father Julio Grassi and Archbishop Edgardo Storni were abusing children in Argentina.
