    I agree it is a bad idea. BUT – The President is sworn to uphold the laws made by Congress.

    With the exception of the kids who were brought here at 3 or 4 (in any event BEFORE THEY UNDERSTOOD THE IMPLICATIONS OF BEINGUNDOCUMENTED”) you are telling me that although they are in violation of the immigration LAWS <- note that word… we are supposed to “look the other way”? I’m NOT a rightwingnut but either we HAVE immigration laws and restrictions OR WE DO NOT! WHICH IS IT?
    .
    Yes, I’m in favor of having some exception for those kids – they are as AMERICAN as the rest of us (who were BORN HERE) – just that they don’t have the paper that gives them citizenship. I bet they can pass the language and history requirements of the nationalization test…

    It’s called sovereignty, folks. If we don’t have borders, we don’t have a country.

    Good thing is our economy is still so bad that zero immigrants coming in. We have no idea how many are leaving.

    Love how people chose to ignore the laws when it applies to their own ethnic group, and call people who are just enforcing the laws and calling for the enforcement – BIGOTS.

    @Olongapojoe

    Those who are documented do not like these freeloaders sneaking in without going through the long arduous time to qualify. Think nearly 20 years.
