    Is “loquísimo en la cabezona” (very crazy in the big head) owned by Dizney?

    @TEMPLO S.U.D.

    That’s considered a derivative work. Unless you are saying it as a parody.

    Oh yes, everyone including Disney Corp. is out to get or oppress the Latinos and their culture. Me thinks you have a very paranoid mind. You should get Michelle Rodriguez to kick those evil people out of here.

    Lalo, I thank you wholeheartedly for your efforts to keep Disney at bay, and yes, I think the threat is real. Hope they learned their lesson after Día de los muertos. http://tampa.cbslocal.com/2013/05/09/latino-activists-disney-cant-trademark-holidays/

    I guess you are ok with Disney attempting to trademark “Seal Team Six”, then. Disney has a long history of ridiculous Intellectual Property claims.

    Of course, “Halloween” is already trademarked by Compass Pictures.

    Even though these trademarks are limited to use in films & related merchandise, owners tend to take very broad interpretations of their rights. Trademarking a word or phrase that is already in common use should not be allowed, IMO.

    Mexicans need to calm down, not everyone is out to get them.
