In America they should have ended slavery then they ended indentured servitude but they did not. The South threatened to side with the British. (Was long before the British ended their slave trade in 1855.)

slavery is alive and well today thanks to progressives supporting the permanent underclass of illegal aliens who don’t have to be paid like a citizen.

The colonists should have sunk the first slave ship with all on board, and repeated until the slave traders got the message. The next best thing would have been to round up all of the Africans after the War Between the States and ship them back to Africa.
