   Duh! In China! Only now, the Chinese workers are starting to ask where their piece of the pie is. I foresee a wave of out-outsourcing to somewhere else where they can pay their employees dirt and get away with it.

    Already happening. India is current and Indonisia is coming up. Some co’s have even started to “in-source” they’ve found that it’s cheaper to move it back here and avoid shipping/ training/ tooling delays and costs.

    Tax breaks are not expenditures from the Treasury Dept. . When Alcaraz figuures tyat out hre might have a clue.
