Too bad that the Taco Bell Chihuahua has passed away, and that his relationship with Hello Kitty was apparently stable and enduring. I would have loved to see how this would have unfolded if Hello Kitty appeared on one of those ‘paternity test’ episodes of The Maury Show.

AAAH! THEY “DID IT”!!! They produced the rarest animal ever: the nekuperro or the inugato! Much, much more rarer than the liger or the tigon!

Hello Kitty is based on the good luck cat statues you see in Japanese establishments (literal translation of the statues name is “greeting cat” or “hello kitty”).

Chihuahuas were psychopomp animals to the Aztecs.

Cross a good luck cat with an escort for the dead and you have Hello Goodbye Catdog.

Fact is Blue Raven, Chihuahuas were descended from the Techichi a companion dog to the Toltec people in Pre-Columbian Mexico & were crossed breeded with miniaturised dogs that were originated from China that were brought over by the Spanish Conquistadors.
The Xolo or Mexican Hairless dog (Xoloitzcuintli) were the dogs that were favored by the Aztecs.

Oh, this is much weirder than that: Gidget, the dog that played the Taco Bell Chihuahua, was female!
