??? This is how the brits observe America? Nothing less true. The democrats only care for themselves and taking from people with jobs and savings.

Accurate. Chicago, suburbs, rural Illinois. And as for lima bean above, it’s the rethuglicons that only care about themselves. They (the 0.1%) take from all of us to enrich themselves.

I don’t think this is accurate, because in the U.S. i guess there are a lot more people living in cities than in rural areas. Therefor the election would never be close, except if the suburbs compensate in favor of the GOP. And I believe that to be true, a lot of middle-class people vote Republican because they dream of once being mega-rich and want their taxes to be low then.

Of course it’s just a ploy, in todays world you can no longer get rich by hard work, you have to have a good start in life (a few millions from daddy) and you need to be well-connected enough to cover your criminal activities to enlarge your riches. I’d audit every rich person down to their underwear, and I’m confident I would find some shenanigans with each and every one of them!

Cartoon seems to sum it up nicely. The lady in the suburbs reminded me of a book from my own childhood and one I read to my kids.
You can even share it with your children.

Try seeing whether urban or rural areas take or give more to the American government. Rural areas depend on government spending MUCH more than urban areas. We’re willing to support their agri-welfare because it’s worth keeping an agricultural sector, but it would be nice if they’d acknowledge the help some times. Fortunately for them, Republicans have never actually meant it when they rail against government spending.

are all correct.
The poorest people in the nation are farmers in western Kansas. And they all vote for the GOP. Not a clue why. They bite the hand that feeds them.
True fact; Blue states give more back than what they take from the gov.
Red states give back less than they take from the Gov.

When did you last visit England, Wales, Cornwall or Scotland? Your rant says nothing that you haven’t said before. Get a new source. Limbaugh and Coulter are getting old here.

I didn’t get why “I wish I had duck feet” has anything to do with politics. What am I missing?

@MortyForTyrant
More than half the people have lived in the cities in the US since the 1930s. More than half the people on the planet live in cities now.

People come to the cities because that is where the jobs and other opportunities are. Not to mention access to culture, medical care, and better education.

@Eryx
I think you are describing the suburbs not the cities. The suburbs are where Romney will win it.

Sheeple are much easier to Control in the Cities …….The Community Organizers don’t work so hard; we know they don’t like working hard.

And don’t you ever forget it. You are here for the sole reason we have someone to take from.
