There IS a war on woman, waged by the GOP. Just look at the legislation they propose, especially on state-level. Don’t listen to the right-wing media, look at the facts yourself and make you own judgment, then you will realize how dark and dangerous the GOP has become. Vote them out of office on every level or your country is DOOOOOOMMMMED, yes, DOOOOOOMMMMED I said!

Well, that’s the point of the cartoon. Righties pretend that there isn’t a war on women (when there clearly is), and say that instead there’s a liberal war on marriage (which there isn’t, if anything, support for gay marraige is a war FOR marriage and famiiles).

^ It’s not so much a war on marriage as it is on their attempt to force their beliefs on others. Religious freedom is supposed to protect “conservatives” from other people’s beliefs, but it’s not supposed to protect other people from “conservative” beliefs.

There is a battle going on for control of our very way of life. We all need to decide, are we happy with the status quo? Or are we ready to take the risk for something new? Growth always involves risk. We have to trust ourselves that we’ll survive whatever we end up doing.

I dare Republicans to defend ALEC, and then lie to citizens, and then say " Republicans have the common man’s best interests in mind! Lies, lies, and more lies!

Ironically, divorce is higher in Republican-dominated (“Red”) states and lowest in “Blue” states. Same is true of teen pregnancy, unemployment and murder/suicide.

Read about it, you’ll be amazed how “sold out” the Republican party is to corporate interests that are NOT in the common citizen’s interests. The American Legislative Exchange Counsel. They promote privatization of public lands, undermine environmental protection to benefit Big Oil/ Exxon Mobil, etc. AT&T,Pfizer Inc.,Comcast,NRA,Koch Brothers, and hundreds more like them. They are throttling measures that protect workers rights, clean air and water, women’s rights for fair health and job rights, and promote our politician living in corporate pockets. GOP lapdogs don’t represent anyone but themselves.

Women can all the contraceptives they want but I ain’t paying for anyone ‘s who is capable of getting a job and buying it themselves. The dims problem is, the folks working and paying taxes are getting tired of the non contributors demanding more and more.370,00 per week newly unemployed in May,160,00 new jobs. You’d think even the dims could do the math.Well maybe not.
