So much for being a nation of laws rather than of men. The drumbeat that Osama is actually God in human form continues unabated…

All good Republicans must join the fight to stop Obama from repairing the country. If he succeeds, we’ll NEVER get back in power.

Scott; do you disagree with the statement that if Obama fixes the economy the Republicans will not regain power for a very long time?

We are not Soviet Russia. We do not have a command and control economy. Presidents cannot “fix” the economy, other than by following established economic principles in which government lowers taxes, regulations, and other hurdles to success.

Hence, there is no possibility of Osama and the Demoncrats “fixing” the economy. Yet we need only look at economic sewers like Michigan and California to see that people CAN be so brainwashed that they will continue to vote for the very same people who not only threw them into chains, but continue to keep them enslaved.

The mainstream media will, as always, lie and distort and twist non-stop to try and get Osama and the Demoncrats re-elected. I have no idea what the future holds in that respect.

Odds are the Demoncrats WILL lose in 2010. Sadly, the new GOP congress will then probably repair enough damage to allow the women and feminized males to vote for Osama in 2012, since those two groups never either credit or blame Congress for anything.

Sort of a catch-22 for the GOP. Win in 2010, do a good job, get Osama re-elected as a reward. Gotta love the ignorance of the American Idol viewers aka Swing Voters…

We’re not “winning,” we’ve already won. You plebes just don’t know it yet. The fix is in; Wall Street takes back the government with a Republican majority in 2010.

Not quite Conman. You still haven’t won the citizens united vs. FEC case. Then you would have won.

Hey NeoCON aka Keith Olbermann: Wall Street OWNS the Demoncrats, in case you haven’t noticed. All of Osama’s biggest campaign contributors received billions in “bailouts”: AIG, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, etc et al and of course the United Auto Workers management pukes made a royal killing too.

Your tired FRD-era stereotypes have worn thin. The Demoncrats are the party of the rich, not the GOP! Average Demoncrat lawmaker earns far more money IRL than the average GOP one. Average Demoncrat campaign contributor is a major corporation.

    Stop insulting our intelligence.

Scott, in case you have not noticed the GOP has been running on a more WS-friendly platform for a long, long time. Yes, WS has a lot of influence over many elected Democrats; just as it also has a lot of influence over many elected Republicans. Yet it is usually GOP proposals and policies that are directly in favor of the rich or big business. How about you compare the policies both parties produce? I’ll make a generalization: “conservatives” have favored big business, big pharma, big finance whenever they could. “Liberals” - slightly less so. Taxation, social services, healthcare, (de)regulation - there are more than enough examples.

You’ve written time and again about how Wall Street owns Democrats (no “n” there, unlike in “Republican”), do you honestly believe it’s because they don’t like the other party? Big business wants to own both sides and has been paying both for a long, long time. When Obama became a possible president, he got a lot of cash from them as well. Bush (and the GOP)’s loss in 2008 was more than likely - of course BB would want to have favors owed by the winning side.

  18. NeoconMan

    NeoconMan said, 19 days ago

OF COURSE we on Wall Street own both parties. We just prefer the Republican Party because it’s easier to convince the uneducated conservatives to vote against their own interests.
