I don’t think Kal is blaming Obama, just pointing out that the things he’s tackled so far has been risky. So the irony is admonishing WS for it’s risky behavior.

Hmmm, I’d say Kal is saying in the 1st 3 panels that tackling those 3 issues are fraught with danger, while the last is sinking… He’s managing to bounce off the dangers and landed on a sinking issue?
He thinks that is the issue that will entrap him?
However, knowing Kal’s past work, I hesitated to say that Kal is admiring Obama for managing to avoid nasty beasties in the 1st 3 panels.

My interpretation is that Kal believes the Community organizer’s behavior is no less risky than that of the Banking industry he so criticized, behavior that could sink these “issues” depicted…
