To lead effectively is very difficult.

Agreed Mike. Finding people who are willing, or are even worthy, of being led compounds that difficulty.
Did you ever see pictures of Huey Long standing in the Louisiana state house glaring at people who were opposing his legislation?
We have ceased being a “Civil Society” and are now a, “My way or the highway” country. Sadly, many of the bridges connecting our highways are in need of repair, but social issues are apparently more important than jobs, infrastructure, health, and welfare. Things that the gov’t is actually supposed to be involved with.
Always good to read you, Mike. Be well.
    Respectfully,
    C.

Leading is difficult when there are obstructions such as boulders, deserts, mountains, filibusters, Super Pacs, Tea parties, and McConnells in the way.

Somebody post one proof that the President was involved n any of the so called “scandals.” Fox news doesn’t count.

We saw what happened when the supreme court elected Bush boy.

“It’s really not that difficult, Mr. President”
    -
That sounds like the voice of experience, critisizing someone for not doing as good a job as they did. Did Mr. Catalino do such a fantastic job as our president that he can look down on Mr. Obama so easily?

    Okay, Ken, you do it.

I think Daryl Issa should apologize to the President.
Issa made up a bunch of lies and accusations, none of which has any proof.
Just because you hate someone doesn’t mean you can make up stories to try to ruin them.

I’m sure the President appreciates your blind loyalty.

    “Where did he not, Browser?”

The United States. Ken Catalino was never president of the USA, therefore it’s rediculous for him to condescend to Mr. Obama, or any of his predecessors, about how easy it is to be leader of the free world. It’s amazing how partisanship lends itself to arrogance. Or is it the other way around?

rock, first they aren’t even claiming they ARE scandals, just they MAY BE scandals.

you should listen to rush Limbaugh sometime, he won’t even call them scandals, just “IF” he did and that and the other thing, of which there isn’t even an inkling.

9/11/01, Afghanistan, Iraq, the crash of the housing market after a phony buildup of 20% or more annual inflation, the stock market crash of ‘08 the Republicans ignore, as well as the destruction of resources due to regulations changes and “signing statements” that were unconstitutional, as were many Executive Orders, right, “W” was a real “leader” all right. (as he cast his shadow while following in Cheney’s footsteps.)

IF the press had actually been as “liberal” as proclaimed, and IF Nancy Pelosi would have at least had the courage to bring articles of impeachment, much more of "W"s real impacts would have been unavoidably exposed to the public. If Congress had fought, legitimately, “W”, as strongly as they oppose everything Obama comes up with, we would have lost 6,000 fewer troops in IRaq, and hundreds of thousands of people would still be alive.

As many things Obama has done ARE things I disagree with, and have so stated many times, the blind followers ARE those following Boehner, McConnell and the RNC drumbeat that has only gotten more discordant in recent years with regard to our national purpose.

On the contrary, that’s exactly what it means to Republicans/Fox “news” viewers.
