    Israel has targeted, and sometimes bombed, pretty much every one of their neighbors at some time since 1948, like Syria last week, occupying south Lebanon for twenty years, on and on it’’s gone.


    Netanyahu and their nut brigade on the right has often shot themselves in the foot, but the U.S. keeps providing them Kevlar boots and socks.

    @ Ima – To my knowledge, winds generally blow to the east in Israel as they do in the USA. If Iran were to nuke Israel, the fallout would be on Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and probably Iran as well. That wouldn’t be Iran’s concern anymore as Israel would have already nuked every major city and military installation in the country. “ACH! My Dinner Job” (my way of remembering his name) would be learning the truth about life after death.
    @ Rickapolis – focus Rick, focus. I believe there has already been a cartoon somewhere of LaPierre shooting his foot.
    @ Mhic Dhu Ghaeill – I notice if you highlight a link and then right click it, you are given an option to open the link so you don’t actually have to paste it into the navigation window. I use firefox and haven’t tried it with google or IE.
    @ trm and ansonia – there are many examples of folks inserting their pet peeves into a cartoon dealing with separate targets. I’m afraid I did it under a Rall cartoon the other day. he was talking about drone strikes and I was wishing he would use his talents on other topics. It annoyed him, probably justifiably.
