I love the smell of irony in the morning… after it’s washed and starched…

For those who missed my post several weeks ago, there actually is a Cobb’s Creek in Philadelphia.
It’s also the name of one of that city’s neighborhoods, as well as a large park and road through the park.

Robb was prescient about today’s strip. It rained like the devil in Philly last night.

I was going to remind you that the saying is “I love the smell of napalm in the morning”, but burning marshmallow is pretty much exactly like it… especially if it gets on you!

It’s probably construction paper shaped like fire and clued to a cardboard surface. Simple art project.

The “Irony in the morning” is one of my particular…. “catchprases”…. I’m aware of the dubious origins of the original phrase, but mine is of a more positive nature, and it’s because I do love comedic (but not tragic) irony….
