Oh, I hate to be a nitpicker (like a certain relative of Joe’s), but it should be “O.K.” or “okay.”

When you just have “ok,” it seems like the person is calling one of Spider-Man’s nemeses by his nickname.

And what’s dumb about this reason for using the ejector seat?

“OK” is acceptable, according to my spell-checker, so long as it’s upper-case. You’ll note that the words in the word balloons are generally always upper-case.

Just like it’s acceptable to say “IRS” without saying “I.R.S.” along with a whole host of other alphabet soup acronyms.

I’m tired of these celebrity competition shows. Just bring back “Battle of the Network Stars” so we can watch people screw up multiple events in an hour.

Nope, they can spell it that way.
I gave them permission and I have as much authority as anyone else in this country of free speech.

But since wikipedia agrees with me:
    "
“Okay” (also spelled “OK”, or “O.K.”) is a colloquial word denoting approval, acceptance, agreement, assent, or acknowledgment. “Okay” has frequently turned up as a loanword in many other languages."
