Rounding out the cast is Crunchy, a grouchy but warm-hearted police officer who is Joe's partner, and a host of extended family members and friends. My father loved Kung Fu,. We used to have to watch it with him all the time. I never got how it was that everyone looked a him and called him “Chinaman” when he didn’t look remotely Asian to me.
