   If the plan for Iraq is a “white flag of surrender,” then why is it supported by the government of Iraq and now, finally, even by the White House? Easy answer - because it’s the only sensible resolution that’s ever been proposed, and Bush and Maliki know it.
   Too bad you haven’t been paying attention, Great Satan - that talking point was retired weeks ago, except by the mindless McCain campaign.

   He was against the surge, a lot of people were. The surge worked in some respects. The ethnic cleansing of neighborhoods helped too. He and I were both against this mistake/lie of a war in the first place.
