Born in 1956 in Little Rock, Deering has been drawing since his childhood fascination with science fiction and dinosaurs -- subjects he made into comic books. After studying art with Truman Alston, Deering focused on commercial and fine art at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Along the way, he found his strength in interlocking art with comment

We (Germany) had the guy in custody who provided all the “information” about the mobile bio labs and stuff. We TOLD the CIA that he was a fabricator. They even labeled him “Curve ball”. But non of that mattered when Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Perl and Tenet wanted the “evidence” they needed. What a travesty! And nobody went to jail. Well, at least Bush can’t leave the country anymore, there are judges all over the planet willing and waiting to sign an arrest-warrant for war crimes and crimes against humanity…
